I like their options for purchasing samples.
I ordered samples of the 4d porcelain in calacatta aureo and I am in love with it. I havent placed the large order yet cause I am not ready with my project. But I will use it in my kitchen and bathroom.
I will be purchasing for my new kitchen renovation when I am ready to renovate
Quick shipment. Tile is one of my final choices.

The samples department and their customer service have been great to work with. The samples we received of the porcelain slab were in great condition, but were not in the colors we needed to make a decision for our project. This was completely beyond their control and they did attempt to get us another, but didn't have anything better on hand. I really appreciate them going out of their way to try to get us what we needed!
The sample I purchased settled the question of different on-line images and confirmed our choice for the full countertop.

I tried to call customer service several times and left messages, but never a return call. I found a vendor closer that was more helpful
IT was a sample.. and did not provide the look I wanted for the space.
It arrived broken.
Store owner replied: Debra, we’re sorry your sample arrived broken. Please reply to your review request email with a photo of the damage so we can issue a full refund. We wish we’d known sooner and had the chance to make this right for you.
You sent one wrong sample. Entirely different look. I reached out via email and asked to correct it. I even sent pictures. No response whatsoever. I won't go through a lot of hassle for the $25 but it removes you from consideration for my actual purchases
Very expensive for a hideous sample that looks nothnig like calcuatta monet.
I ordered BIANCO SUPERIORE QUARTZITE and received Mont Blanc quartzite. They scratched off the name and simply wrote bianco superiore. So paying big bucks for the sample was a big waste of money. Beware.

Out of all the samples I have ordered from different companies these were the only ones not shipped protected in a box and it was the only one I’ve received that has been broken. While the sample is beautiful it makes me second guess ordering again through this company.
